Service Description

Tend to your nervous system with a 1 hour session. I'll meet you on the mat (or chair!) from the comfort of your own home, via Zoom. We'll take a moment to discuss your needs, education around the body and the stress response, then engage in a practice that puts emphasis on the breath and listening to the body; implementing yoga therapy tools to help regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and tend to the stress response. This time is for you, my hope is that you can take a moment to be fully present here before returning to whatever it is life holds for you. When needed, I will give some at-home practices to do throughout the week until we meet again. Options we may explore: Pranayama (the Breath) Yoga Therapy Tools for Nervous System Regulation and the Stress Response Deep Rest Tapping / EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Chair Practice Somatic Yoga Practice Visual Orienting Pranayama for Nervous System Regulation - In keeping with the yogic tradition of a strong relationship between teacher and student, I'm happy to remain available throughout the week for any questions or insights that may arise. - Before our first session we'll complete a comprehensive intake process, your responses will help guide our sessions. - Contact me to further discuss how my offerings may align with your needs.
